The Aaryans group will also spread its wings and establish its footprints in real estate and infrastructure projects to be in tune with the national growth of this sector. Aaryans group will start its real estate redevelopment projects in the cities of Mumbai and Pune. Our Landmark project shall be a township project in the city of New Delhi, which is estimated to be spread over 150 acres of land with all amenities and services available at very economical rates. We are more inclined towards working on the concept of affordable housing schemes which can cater to the masses and not for classes alone. The Securities And Exchange Board of India - SEBI has given its approval for the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). This platform will allow all kinds of investors to invest in the Indian real estate market. It would create an opportunity worth of Rs. 1.25 million (USD 19.65 million) in the Indian markets in forthcoming years. This will definitely give a boost to the Indian real estate market. Government of India has announced creation of an Alternative Investment Fund of Rs. 25000 Crs. which shall make and help the real estate industry to sustain in tough times and come out stronger. The Government of India is also promoting low cost and affordable housing segment in the form of Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana. This has really kick-started real estate projects. The group is also foreseeing to get in to infrastructural development, by taking up such projects for implementation and execution across India. The group already has team of experts, required machinery and administrative infrastructure, etc for implementation of this project. Under this segment we have decided to develop one city and one village which will be a flag ship model of Aaryans and will be termed as SMART CITY and SMART VILLAGE respectively.

Why we are different?

Aaryans Group has recently finalized a strategic partnership to leverage advanced Israeli technology for an upcoming venture into organic farming. The initiative is scheduled to commence operations in August 2023, with a primary objective of producing organic fruits and vegetables.

This endeavor aligns with our overarching goal of providing consumers access to high-quality organic produce at affordable rates. As part of our commitment to community development, Aaryans Group aims to create job opportunities for the local populace. To ensure the success of this vision, we plan to implement comprehensive training programs, equipping individuals from the vicinity with the necessary skills for active participation in the project.

Consumer motivations for purchasing organic foods vary, but a significant percentage prioritize products free from chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Our dedication to offering naturally grown, chemical-free produce reflects this understanding. Approximately 5% of consumers contribute to around 50% of the demand for organic produce, indicating a growing market trend.

SMART CITY

Aaryans is developing a land area of 150 acres approximately which will be a site that will be HARD TO BELIEVE.

It will be a ultramodern city which shall house not only all the facilities of a city but shall also cater to the growing concerns of pollution and health of the habitants of the city. The whole city will be powered through GREEN energy which will be planted by subsidiary of Aaryans group and shall have all the facilities like, Medical facilities, Education facilities, and recreation facilities, storing and recycling of water, household waste recycling, parks and sports center, gymnasium, etc. It will be totally secured area and shall have illuminated streets and signals through green energy sources of Aaryans Group.

SMART VILLAGE

This will be a so called MODERN VILLAGE which will have all the add ons of a village but on a polished way by means of green energy source, organic farming through the vertical of Aaryans group on the whole. We will be teaching modern ways and methods of farming with mechanized applications to the local farmers and generate more production of crops and fruits. We shall also explore other ways and means to control climatic temperature apart from the green house concept and our team is already on the job for the same.

We shall also make it a point to educate the children of the village to create a new future India, as we believe there are hidden talents in the villages which are yet to be explored and nurtured.
