Aaryans P. Ltd. group has already joined hands with M/s Exerval Pvt Ltd, Pune for manufacturing Electric vehicles. This will cater to the high-speed segment of two-wheelers and B2B two-wheelers. The sourcing of raw materials and other components is around 80% indigenous as on date and we have already implemented plans to have 100% indigenous source of Raw Materials. Aaryans have signed an agreement for technical collaboration and manufacturing of electric four-wheelers, commercial vehicles and buses in the segment. We had already rolled out our EV Bikes in Feb 2022 and are looking forward to launching electric 4 wheeler and commercial vehicle by the last quarter of 2024. We are also venturing in to backward integration of the said segment by developing and setting up production facility to manufacture Batteries and Semiconductors which are the main components in an Electric Vehicle. Both the components are under the business plan of Aaryans and the produce will be for the captive consumption and for the open market and exports.

Aaryans Group has recently finalized a strategic partnership to leverage advanced Israeli technology for an upcoming venture into organic farming. The initiative is scheduled to commence operations in August 2023, with a primary objective of producing organic fruits and vegetables.

Approximately 5% of consumers contribute to around 50% of the demand for organic produce, indicating a growing market trend.
